About me

I'm an Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) who believes that great design should never leave anyone behind. My work goes beyond compliance and I focus on creating experiences that feel natural and intuitive for all users. Whether it's guiding designers on color contrast, helping developers structure code for assistive technologies like screen readers, or educating teams on best practices, I'm there to make accessibility part of the conversation from day one.

I've partnered with UX teams, developers, QA specialists, and product owners to embed accessibility into design systems and workflows. I don't just audit and point out issues; I collaborate, explain the "why" and help teams find practical solutions that work.

My goal is simple - remove barriers and make digital spaces welcoming for everyone.

What I do

I lead accessibility workshops and demos that show how assistive technologies interact with real-world designs. I review design systems and code to ensure they meet WCAG standards and support inclusive design. I work closely with teams to refine components, reduce technical debt, and build products that are not only compliant but delightful to use.

Accessibility isn't a one-time fix. It's a mindset. That's why I advocate for it across every discipline: UX, design, development, and QA. I believe in collaboration, education, and continuous improvement. When accessibility becomes part of the culture, everyone wins.
